A. Since Dress-Directory.com is an Internet shopping tool that is updated regularly and not a direct merchant we do not have a catalog. We are an on-line entity only. Many of our partners do have print catalogs and you are welcome to order one directly from them.

Q. Why can't I find a shopping cart?
A. Dress-Directory.com is a shopping tool and not a direct merchant. Think of us like a magazine, just like what you buy on the newsstand. But unlike a traditional print magazine the Internet lets us link you to where you can buy a featured item. This system allows you to safely and securely make your purchases directly with the vendor that sells the item you want

Q. I can't see any links to purchase the featured items. What's wrong?
A. Some firewalls and ad blocking software like Norton's remove shopping links from web pages in the default mode. If you have one of these programs you may need to adjust the settings to see the links.

Q. I click on a link and nothing happens. Why don't the links work?
A. Do you have a pop up blocker in your tool bar? Check to see if the blocker is confusing the coding of our links - which open in new windows - as a pop up. Most blockers allow you to permit "pop ups" on a site. You may need to adjust your settings to allow pop ups on Dress-Directory.com. We do not use any "real" pop up advertising.

Q. I live outside the USA. Can I still order dresses listed in Dress-Directory.com?
A. All of our dresses are listed with convenient shipping symbols that tell you if the dress you want is available for international shipping (USA, CAN = Canada, M = Military Addresses, I = International Destinations, vary by merchant)
